Sophia is a talented student at our music school. Currently Sophia takes lessons with “Philly Music Factory’s “ instructor Ms. Rosalie. We love how multi talented she is with being able to play her instrument and sing at the same time. We’ve spoken with Sophia about her love for music and her influences.

Lets see what Sophia has to SAY!!!!

Q: Who are your musical influences?

A: My main musical influence is my favorite band AJR.

Q: Why?

A: They are my musical influence because of all of their songs. Their songs are very unique and none of them really sound like each other. They also use household items to make their songs instead of just a bunch of instruments.

Q: If you could share the stage with a famous artist who would it be?

A: It would definitely be AJR because their shows are always really intricate and really cool. They usually have huge drum sets in the back and they have a sort of projector screen where they show lots of different things. They also usually interact with the audience and talk to them about halfway through the show.

Q: Do you have any other hobbies?

A: Outside of singing and playing an instrument I do lots of dance and art. I also love traveling.

Q: What is your favorite food?

A: My favorite food is rice with soy sauce.

Q: What is your favorite TV Show?

A: My favorite TV shows are the office and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. I also love pretty much anything Marvel.
